Manchester United have had a good transfer window and there could be more activity before the deadline on Friday evening.
Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte is expected to join the club in the coming hours alongside Guidars FC teenager Sekou Kone.
Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho is likely to head for the exit door and The Guardian claim that he prefers to join Chelsea over Juventus.
The Bianconeri are currently in advanced discussions with the Red Devils over an initial loan, but Sancho has other plans in mind.
It was initially claimed that Raheem Sterling or Ben Chilwell could be swapped for Sancho, but United have shown little interest in the duo.
Chelsea are still open to signing Sancho in a separate deal before the window closes.
United need to offload Sancho permanently
Sancho fell out with manager Erik ten Hag in September last year and he was subsequently suspended after his public statement on social media.
The winger spent the second half of last season on loan with Dortmund, helping them qualify for the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
Sancho managed to sort out his differences with Ten Hag earlier this summer, but he has failed to make the matchday squad for the first two league games.
In our view, the Red Devils need to offload him on a permanent transfer, considering he has fallen down the selection order under the Dutch tactician.
Juventus seem prepared to include an obligation to buy and the club should demand a similar solution from Chelsea if they make a formal approach.
United value Sancho in the region of £40 million, but they may have to accept a lower figure with less than 48 hours left before the transfer deadline.
