Daughter of former Diamondbacks pitcher reported missing; possibly in danger
The daughter of former Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Greg Swindell was reported missing in Texas and hasn’t been seen for days. Her family believes she’s in danger.
Police said 29-year-old Brenna Swindell was spotted with her ex-boyfriend Morgan Guidry on Thursday at a bar nearly 21 miles northwest of Austin and then disappeared.
Her phone has reportedly been turned off since Friday, and Greg Swindell said in a Facebook post that she has not messaged or called her family, including her three children. The post also said Guidry “has a warrant and is violent.”

Investigators believe Brenna Swindell may be in Colorado, possibly in Colorado Springs or Denver.
Authorities said Brenna drives a 2022 white Kia Carnival, bearing Texas plates VFS7528, that has not been located yet.
The Swindell family is asking anyone with information to come forward and said she “would never abandon her three children or just take off without explanation. So until we can prove otherwise, we feel she is in danger.”
In his professional career, Greg Swindell was a starter in 1986 before moving to the bullpen in 1996.
He was with the D-backs from 1999-2002. During the 2001 World Series run, he faced 18 batters and only allowed one run during the postseason.
