One of the marquee free-agent signings the Tennessee Titans made in 2024 was running back Tony Pollard, who will help fill the void left by the departure of Derrick Henry to the Baltimore Ravens.
Pollard, who signed a three-year, $21.75 million deal with the Titans, will combine with 2023 third-round pick and standout Tyjae Spears, forming a promising one-two punch that will never tip the Titans’ hand because they have similar skill sets.
Included in Pollard’s deal with the Titans are incentives, which can reach up to $2.25 million over the course of his contract, with a maximum of $750,000 per year.
Thanks to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team, we now have the ways Pollard can earn some extra money, and all of them are definitely reachable for him. This is the yearly breakdown, and the incentives are the same for each of the three years of his deal.
