Johnson became the first player drafted by the organization to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
After playing college football at Miami, Johnson was drafted by the Texans with the third overall pick in the 2003 NFL draft.
Johnson played 12 seasons for Houston before playing one season with the Indianapolis Colts in 2015 and finishing his career with the Tennesse Titans in 2016.
Over the course of his career, Johnson had 1,062 catches for 14,185 yards and 70 touchdowns. He was selected as First-team All-Pro twice and led the league in receiving yards in 2008 and 2009.
Johnson is one of three players in NFL history, along with Calvin Johnson and Jerry Rice, to lead the league in receiving yards in back-to-back season.
In 2017, Johnson was also the first player inducted into the Texans Ring of Honor.
