Longhorns in hot pursuit of another blue chip cornerback.
Steve Sarkisian and the Texas staff are staying busy and diligent, as they continue to work on filling out their recruiting class for the 2025 recruiting cycle. The season playing out in a favorable manner has allowed the staff to continue to recruit nationally and take some big swings at blue chippers across the country.
One of those swings the staff took recently was with four star Tampa (FL) Wiregrass Ranch cornerback Graceson Littleton. Littleton was offered back on November 1st by Texas following his de-commitment from Clemson. Littleton quickly took visits to both Michigan and Texas after re-opening his recruitment.
Littleton was in town over the weekend for Texas’ beatdown of the Florida Gators. Michigan was receiving a healthy amount buzz for him following his visit to Ann Arbor, but now it looks like things could be trending towards the Longhorns.
247Sports analyst Tom Loy reported earlier tonight that he was putting in a prediction for Texas to land Littleton along for Horns247 recruiting analyst Hank South.
The Longhorns already have three commitments in the secondary for the 2025 class in the form of five-star safety Jonah Williams, four-star safety Zelus Hicks, and three-star cornerback Caleb Chester. Landing Littleton would add yet another blue tip talent to an already strong class.
