With the addition of new Tennessee Titans players, Will Levis’ prediction is significant.
Will Levis is set to start his first full season as the Tennessee Titans’ starting quarterback in 2024, with the team making several big additions to boost his chances of success.
Will Levis is set to be the starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans for the first full season – and several significant team additions have boosted his confidence for 2024.
Levis, who unexpectedly fell into the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, was initially named the third-choice quarterback behind Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis in his rookie season. However, after both players struggled, Levis got his chance in Week 8 and never looked back, impressing in the role despite the team’s struggles.
The Titans, with one of the weaker offensive lines in the NFL, had difficulty protecting their quarterback and lacked receiver options for him to target. However, they addressed these issues during the offseason, using the seventh overall pick on a new left tackle, recruiting a starting centre, and signing star wide receiver Calvin Ridley to a long-term contract.

While the Titans haven’t publicly stated it, it’s evident that they’re planning to build their offense around Levis as quarterback – a move that has given him a significant boost as he aims to prove the league wrong for letting him fall so far in the draft.
He expressed his excitement to the press, stating: “It gives me a sense of confidence that they trust me, for them to invest the money in specifically my side of the ball, it’s cool to see the weapons and the capability that we have as an offense, and we’ve been able to show throughout training camp that they’ve made the right decisions in that way.”
He continued: “Continuing to prove every day how we are going to be able to use these new additions and what our identity for the offense is going to be going forward, it’s cool to see. It just makes me want to work harder for everyone in the front office knowing that they believe in me with the decisions that they’re making with the roster.”
Levis’s performance was a standout moment in the Titans’ first preseason outing as he took charge of an impressive drive finalized by a rushing touchdown he delivered before bowing out and leaving the field to understudies Mason Rudolph and Willis, who further showcased their skills for the backup quarterback position.
Not only did the Titans hone their focus on their offensive line-up during the draft and free agency period, but they’ve also fortified their coaching contingent. The latest strategic move involves appointing ex-Cincinnati Bengals play caller Brian Callahan to lead as their new head coach, succeeding Mike Vrabel.
Levis, viewed as an exciting playmaker among the coaching staff, is expected to be in a much improved position going into his first year as a starter. The team has also signed wide receiver Tyler Boyd and running back Tony Pollard, joining Ridley and top receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
